Return & Replacement Policy
Plants & Live Greenery:
- No returns due to perishable nature
- Replacements or store credit offered for:
- Dead or severely damaged plants
- Wrong plant/product sent
- Packaging damage affecting plant health
Claim Process:
- Report within 24 hours
- Send clear unboxing photos/videos to support@zuzupa.in
- After verification, free replacement or store credit issued
Pet Accessories, Clothes, Herbal Products:
- Returns/replacements within 7 days if:
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Not damaged, washed, or altered
- Invoice and tags included
Non-returnable Items:
- Customized or engraved items
- Opened herbal products
- Clearance/final sale items
Refund Process:
- Refund issued within 7 working days after inspection
- Refund to original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless fault lies with Zuzupa)
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges allowed for size issues in apparel
- Reverse pickup available for serviceable pin codes
- Otherwise, customer must ship item to return center
Important Notes:
- Return shipping for voluntary returns is customer’s responsibility
- COD refunds via bank transfer or store credit
